COMMUNITY INTERGRATED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CILA): PROVIDING RESDIENTIAL FACILITIES TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENT LIVING BY CONSUMERS. PROVIDING IN-HOME CARE. 24 HOUR ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO 25 REGISTERED CLIENTS.
