GRANT PROGRAMS - NDAA RECEIVED GRANT FUNDING FOR RESEARCH AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ON ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF JUVENILE PROSECUTORS, IMPAIRED DRIVING, PROJECT SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS, COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND HIGHWAY SAFETY.
COURSES AND CONFERENCES: NDAA HELD TWO ANNUAL CONFERENCES THAT ADDRESSED CURRENT PROSECUTION AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE ISSUES. NDAA PRESENTED PRACTICAL COURSES ADDRESSING HOW TO 1) PROSECUTE HOMICIDE, DRUG, AND SEXUAL ASSAULT CASES, 2) INVESTIGATE CRIME SCENES AND PRESENT FORENSIC EVIDENCE, 3) ADDRESS ISSUES IN TRIAL AND VICTIM ADVOCACY, 4) MANAGE PROSECUTION OFFICES, AND 5) DEVELOP EXPERIENCED, CAREER AND EXECUTIVE PROSECUTORS.
PUBLICATIONS - NDAA PUBLISHES THE PROSECUTOR MAGAZINE TO INFORM MEMBERS OF CHALLENGES TO THE RULE OF LAW.
