THE CORPORATION PROVIDES GUIDANCE TO THE HISPANIC ADULT POPULATION IN THEIR EFFORT TO INTEGRATE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY. THE CORPORATION TEACHES ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE. WE ARE PROUD TO REPORT THAT, DESPITE THE CONTINUED DISRUPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS CAUSED BY COVID-19, HA.P.I. SUCCESSFULLY ADJUSTED ITS PROGRAM TO MAINTAIN OUR DAILY OPERATIONS AND CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR POPULATION THROUGHOUT 2021. IN 2021, HA.P.I. TRANSITIONED BACK TO AN IN-PERSON LEARNING PROGRAM AT FULL CAPACITY. ALTHOUGH OUR TARGET POPULATION CONTINUED TO FACE HIGHER PRIORITY CRISES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR DUE TO COVID-19, HA.P.I. STILL MANAGED TO REGISTER OVER 400 STUDENTS IN 2021.
