WE GOT US NOW IS A NATIONAL ORGANIZATION THAT SEEKS TO ENGAGE, EDUCATE, ELEVATE AND EMPOWER CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IMPACTED BY PARENTAL INCARCERATION. 2021 PROGRAM ACTIVITES INCLUDED:#KEEPFAMILIESCONNECTED CAMPAIGN - OUR ANNUAL CAMPAIGN SERIES THAT RUNS FROM MOTHER'S DAY THROUGH FATHER'S DAY CURATED WITH WEEKLY MULTIMEDIA ACTIVATIONS THAT HIGHLIGHT COMPELLING STORIES FROM OUR ACTIONISTS, DIRECTLY IMPACTED CHILDREN, YOUNG ADULTS, FAMILIES FROM OUR WE GOT US NOW COMMUNITY AND ALLIES FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES, WHO GIVE IN-DEPTH PERSPECTIVES AND INSIGHT INTO THE EXPERIENCE OF PARENTAL SEPARATION BY WAY OF INCARCERATION AND AMPLIFIES THE POLICIES & PRACTICES WE ARE ADVOCATING FOR ALL WHILE ELEVATING AND EMPOWERING OUR COMMUNITY. JR ACTIONIST LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - A 7-WEEK PROGRAM CURATED WITH AN ONLINE CURRICULUM THAT ENGAGES YOUTH ACROSS THE US UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITH INCARCERATED PARENTS AND EDUCATES, TRAINS AND EQUIPS THEM WITH TOOLS FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY, PERSONAL WELL-BEING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO HELP THEM ADVANCE AS 21ST CENTURY CITIZENS.
