IN-PERSON PROGRAM SERVICES WERE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC IN 2021. HOWEVER, GAAF DID ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING GOALS:- CLASSES WERE TAUGHT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA RELATED TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT- ONE SERVICE TRAINING ACADEMY WAS TAUGHT ON-SITE IN OUR CONTINUING EFFORT TO TRAIN MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS WHO WANT TO CONSIDER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL INDUSTRY- WE CONTINUED OUR OUTREACH IN THE COMMUNITY (AS MUCH AS WE COULD, GIVEN THE PANDEMIC) IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE MANY CAREER OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE INDUSTRY AND TO ATTRACT TALENT TO THE INDUSTRY
