PARTNERED WITH A THIRD-PARTY DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY TO DEVELOP A WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CAMPAIGN THAT AIMS TO INTRODUCE TARGETED AUDIENCES TO THE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN MULTIFAMILY HOUSING CAREERS, WITH THE END GOAL CONSISTING OF VISITORS BROWSING JOB OPENINGS AND EVEN APPLYING FOR POSITIONS.
EDUCATION: IN SPITE OF THE PANDEMIC, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES VIA ONLINE PLATFORMS RATHER THAN USING IN-PERSON CLASSROOMS.
