THE GEORGIA AFFORDABLE HOUSING COALITION REPRESENTS THE AFFORDABLE/LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING INDUSTRY IN GA PROVIDING A FORUM FOR INFORMATION SHARING, NETWORKING AND ADVOCACY FOR ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. THE COALITION WORKS TO PRESERVE AND INCREASE RESOURCES FOR AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING AND MONITORS LEGISLATION AND PUBLIC POLICY THAT AFFECT THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
