OUR BOARD, COALITION PARTNERS AND PARTICIPANTS CONTINUED TO MOVE THE PROGRAM FORWARD DESPITE CHALLENGES BROUGHT ON BY THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. TOGETHER WITH MEMBER PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED PLANS THAT LEVERAGE THE STRENGTH OF PROGRAMS WHO HAVE HAD TO ADAPT INTO VIRTUAL HYBRID LEARNING WELL, WHILE PROVIDING THE NECESSARY ASSISTANCE TO PROGRAMS STILL STRUGGLING TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT TO THIS NEW ENVIRONMENT. THE FOCUS NOW IS ON BRINGING OUT SUB GRANTEES AND OUR PARTICIPANTS INTO THE POST-COVID ERA.
