INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS OR TRANSITION HAVE ACCESS TO LOW-COST HELP FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, A CAREER COACH, DIVORCE SPECIALIST, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY AND FINANCIAL ADVISOR. WHEN WOMEN AND MARGINALIZED INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE TOOLS TO ASSERT THEIR ECONOMIC AND EMOTIONAL STRENGTHS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES ALSO THRIVE.

ROOM TO TALK - A MULTI-SPECIALTY PRACTICE THAT PROVIDES ACCESSIBLE COMMERCIAL OR PUBLIC INSURANCE-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUSIVE OF GENDER,SEXUAL ORIENTATION,RACIAL/ETHNIC BACKGROUND, OR ABILITY. COMBINED WITH OTHER PROGRAMS,13,056 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL COUNSELING WERE PROVIDED DURING 2023 RESULTING IN A SUBSTANTIAL DROP IN THE REPORTING OF SERIOUS ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND STRESS-RELATED SYMPTOMS.


OTHER PROGRAMS PROVIDE FREE OR LOW-COST COUNSELING, CAREER COACHING,LEGAL CONSULTATION, MOTHERHOOD SUPPORT, AND ADDITIONAL RESOURCES TOINDIVIDUALS INCLUSIVE OF INSURANCE OR INCOME STATUS. SERVICES AREPROVIDED BY VOLUNTEER CLINICAL SUPERVISORS, GRADUATE STUDENT INTERNS,FAMILY ATTORNEYS, CAREER COACHES, FINANCIAL ADVISORS, AND OTHERS. 48VOLUNTEERS PROVIDED 15,920 HOURS OF SERVICE. PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMSERVICES DONATED WERE VALUED AT $471,410.
