FOSTER CARE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM PERMITS DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE, RECEIVING SERVICES AS DETERMINED BY EACH INDIVIDUAL'S SPECIFIC NEEDS. THE PROGRAM SERVED 76 INDIVIDUALS.
DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM SUPPORTS FOCUS ON NON-WORK ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, PERSONAL CARE DEVELOPMENT, SKILL REINFORCEMENT, TRAINING IN SELF-DETERMINATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE. THE PROGRAM SERVED 25 INDIVIDUALS.
