CORNERSTONE ACADEMY PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH AN INTENTIONALLY SMALL CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE THAT IS PERSONALIZED, COMPREHENSIVE, AND LEADS TOWARD A DIPLOMA, A CHRISTIAN MORAL CODE, AND TOOLS FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY.THE CORNERSTONE ACADEMY WORK STUDY PROGRAM (THE "WORK STUDY PROGRAM") WAS FORMED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2009. THE WORK STUDY PROGRAM PLACES ACADEMY STUDENTS AT CORPORATE SPONSOR JOB SITES ONE DAY A WEEK THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. CORPORATE SPONSORS TAKE 1 TO 5 STUDENT-WORKERS FOR A FEE OF $3,000 PER YEAR, PER STUDENT. THE STUDENTS GAIN WORK EXPERIENCE AND EARN MONEY THAT REDUCES THEIR SCHOOL COSTS; THE CORPORATE SPONSORS RECEIVE ENTRY-LEVEL CLERICAL WORKERS AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE.
