ONLY CHARITABLE ACTIVITY IS FINANCIAL SUPPORT AS HEREIN DESCRIBED, FOLLOWING 1991-1992 COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF PERFORMING ARTS THEATRE BY THE FOUNDATION, WHICH WAS THEN TRANSFERRED TO AN IS NOW OWNED BY THE WAUTOMA SCHOOL DISTRICT. UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE WAUTOMA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE MCCOMB/BRUCHS
PERFORMING ARTS FOUNDATION, THE FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO CONTINUE TO RAISE FUNDS TO BE DIRECTED TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO BE APPLIED TOWARD THE ANNUAL OPERATION OF THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. IT IS ALSO ANTICIPATED THAT FUTURE DECEDENTS BEQUESTS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR USE IN ULTIMATELY AND CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING THE THEATRE
