THEATER: OUR 2020-21 SEASON, WAS CANCELED DUE TO COVID 19. DURING THAT TIME, WE WERE ABLE TO OFFER OPPORTUNITES TO REGIONAL ACTORS TO PERFORM IN OUR FUNDRAISING VIDEO. ARTISTRY ALSO OFFERED ONLINE PERFORMANCES DURING THE HOLIDAYS IN DECEMBER. IN ADDITION, THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON CONTRACTED WITH ARTISTRY TO PERFORM MAINTENENCE WORK ON THE SCHNEIDER THEATER LIGHTING SYSTEM. WE WERE ABLE TO HIRE 11 CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. WITH A FULL 2021-2022 SEASON IN PLACE, WE ARE EXCITED TO RETURN TO LIVE THEATER. THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS REFLECT THE SIGNIFICANT SCOPE OF OUR PROGRAMMING. IN FY 2021, WE GENERATED OVER 14,935 GALLERY VISITES; PROCESSED 314 REGISTRATIONS FOR ADULT CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS AND 23 FOR YOUTH CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS; SERVED 3,602 CHILDREN AND ADULTS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS; EXHIBITED THE WORKS OF 112 VISUAL ARTISTS; ENGAGED 4 ACTORS, 31 TEACHING ARTISTS; AND PROVIDED AN OPPRTUNITY FOR 55 ARTISTS TO SHOW AND SELL FUNTIONAL PIECES IN OUR HOLIDAY SALE. ALL OF THESE NUMBERS ARE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER DUE TO COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS AND SHUTDOWNS.
