COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION OF THE DAKOTAS PROVIDES TRAINING, HEALTH CARE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND ADVOCACY, SERVING 9 COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS CONSISTING OF 70 COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER DELIVERY SITES ACROSS NORTH AND SOUTH DAKOTA. THESE ASSOCIATION SITES INCLUDE MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. THE CENTERS SERVED APPROXIMATELY 110,000 PATIENTS IN 2017. EVERY TYPE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE AND THE UNINSURED ARE ACCEPTED.
