ENGAGED IN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY REHABILITATING AND MANAGING HOUSING, ADVOCATING FOR RESOURCES, INVESTING IN COMMUNITIES AND BY COMBATING HOUSING ABANDONMENT. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO CONSERVING, RESTORING AND EXPANDING THE CITY OF CHICAGO'S MULTI AND SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING STOCK IN ORDER TO PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOWER INCOME RESIDENTS.
