PASS-THRU GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO AFFILIATED DIRECT SERVICE HOUSING COUNSELING AGENCIES AS PART OF ITS HUD APPROVED HOUSING COUNSELING INTERMEDIARY.
PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ORGANIZING-EDUCATES INDIVIDUALS THROUGH WEBSITE AND RESEARCH STUDIES AND KEEPS THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND ADVOCACY FIELD WELL INFORMED OF RECENT INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS AND CHANGES.
