THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROMOTE STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN BUSINESS, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES THAT SUPPORTS WILL COUNTY'S COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, PREPARE AND SUPPORT LOCATION ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE BUSINESS GROWTH, EXPAND THE TAX BASE AND PRESERVE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE, AND PREPARE YOUNG PEOPLE FOR SUCCESS IN LIFE AND CAREER.

WILL COUNTY CARES - THE WILL COUNTY CARES PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO BRING BUSINESS, EDUCATION AND THE SOCIAL SERVICES IN WILL COUNTY TOGETHER TO COLLABORATE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SKILLS, BEHAVIORS AND TRAITS IN YOUNG PEOPLE TO ASSIST THEM IN BEING SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE AND CAREER.
DREAM IT DO IT - THE FOUNDATION IS PARTNERING WITH THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MANUFACTURERS IN INCREASING THE AWARENESS OF CAREER OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN MANUFACTURING.
COMMUNITY TRAINING - THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SESSIONS TO LOCAL ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS TO IMPROVE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS SUPPORTED BY THE PUBLIC SECTOR.
