THE MAPLE FLOORING MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION PROVIDES TECHNICAL AND GENERAL EDUCATION ABOUT THE MANUFACTURE, APPLICATION, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MAPLE AND SYNTHETIC FLOORING. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE INDUSTRY AS WELL AS CONDUCTING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.

INDUSTRY MARKETING PROGRAMS -- THESE PROGRAMS PROMOTE THE MAPLE FLOORING INDUSTRY. THE PROGRAMS ENCOURAGE THE USE OF MAPLE, BEECH AND BIRCH FLOORING IN THE UNITED STATES. MFMA PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO ARCHITECTS, SPECIFIERS AND OWNERS. MFMA HAS A LARGE LIBRARY OF TECHNICAL LITERATURE TO ASSIST ARCHITECTS, SPECIFIERS AND OWNERS IN THE PROPER GRADING, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MAPLE FLOORS. ALSO MFMA EXHIBITS AT INDUSTRY TRADE SHOWS AND ADVERTISES IN INDUSTRY TRADE MAGAZINES AND WEBSITES.
ACCREDITED INSTALLER PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENT & OBJECTIVE QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM TO VALIDATE THE QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE IN A SPECIFIC AREA OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE BASED ON A SET OF PRE-DETERMINED STANDARDS.
MFMA CONDUCTS A BIENNIAL CONFERENCE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL AND GENERAL EDUCATION ABOUT THE MANUFACTURE, APPLICATION, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MAPLE AND SYNTHETIC FLOORING.
