NETCA IS A COLLABORATIVE MINISTRY PARTNERING WITH EVANGELICALLY LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS FROM VARIED AND DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS WHOSE COMMON CONCERN IS TO LIVE AND PROCLAIM THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST AMONG ALL NATIONS SEEKING CHRIST-LIKE HOLINESS JUSTICE AND TRANSFORMATION AT EVERY LEVEL--INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY AND CULTURE--ESPECIALLY IN NORTHEASTERN TAIWAN BUT NOT LIMITED.

CHURCH PLANTING PROGRAM CPP - CONSIDERED THE CORE PROGRAM OF NETCA'S MISSION OUR CPP HAS STARTED AND SUSTAINS THREE CHURCH LOCATIONS IN NORTHEASTERN TAIWAN. THEY ARE LOCATED IN AODI FULONG AND DASI VILLAGES. IN 2022 ATTENDANCE WAS STILL DOWN AND SOMETIMES ONLINE DUE TO TAIWAN GOVERNMENT COVID REGULATIONS. BEFORE JUNE AND AFTER OCTOBER REGULATIONS WERE LIFTED AND CHURCH ATTENDANCE BEGAN TO TRICKLE UPWARDS AGAIN. HOWEVER DURING THE FIVE MONTHS THAT WE ONLY HAD CHURCH SERVICES ON GOOGLE MEET WE STILL HAD SOME FIXED EXPENSES FOR EACH CHURCH. WHEN WE GATHERED IN THE CHURCHES WE SUNG UPLIFTING AND LIFE CHANGING PRAISE AND WORSHIP SONGS TO JESUS CHRIST AND TAUGHT AND PREACHED BIBLICAL NARRATIVES FROM A CHRISTIAN WORLD VIEW WITH PRACTICAL APPLICATION POINTING EVERYONE IN THE DIRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST GODLY MORAL BEHAVIOR AND LOVE FOR GOD AND PEOPLE THROUGH POST SALVATION GOOD WORKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE. EXPENSES FOR SUSTAINING CPP THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDE FACILITY RENTALS REPAIRS MAINTENANCE FOOD SNACKS DRINKS TEACHING SUPPLIES PRINTED MATERIALS POSTAGE NON-EDIBLE CONSUMABLES AUDIO VIDEO MAINTENANCE BANKING FEES DECORATIONS GUEST SPEAKER HONORARIUMS STIPENDS BENEVOLENCE GIFTS DONATIONS AND OTHER SMALLER DISBURSEMENTS.
HOLY DAY PROGRAM HDP - NETCA HOSTED SPECIAL REGIONAL HOLIDAYS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF THE THREE CHURCHES. THESE EVENTS WERE CENTERED ON EASTER THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS. WE EITHER WENT OUT TO OR WE INVITED KIDS YOUTH AND ADULTS SERVING THEM LARGE MEALS PLAYING GAMES WHEREBY THEY CAN WIN SMALL AND LARGE PRIZES FOR PERSONAL FAMILY AND COMMUNITY USE. WE WENT OUT TO SEVEN LOCAL SCHOOLS TO HOST SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND PARTIES THAT TAUGHT BOTH ENGLISH AND THE MEANING OF THESE SPECIAL HOLY DAYS. WE PASSED OUT POSTERS T-SHIRTS EASTER EGGS FILLED WITH CANDY PRIZES AND MORE. APPROXIMATELY FOUR HUNDRED STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AND OTHER COMMUNITY CITIZENS ATTENDED THESE EVENTS. WHILE IN THE CHURCHES WE LIFTED THE NAME OF JESUS VERY HIGH WE WERE MORE SENSITIVE WHEN WE HOSTED EVENTS IN LOCAL SCHOOLS MAKING SURE TO TEACH THE REAL MEANINGS OF THE HOLY DAYS WITHOUT BREAKING RULES AND REGULATIONS. EXPENSES FOR SUSTAINING THESE EVENTS INCLUDED LOTS OF FOOD SNACKS DRINKS AND NON-EDIBLE CONSUMABLES. PRINTED MATERIALS POSTERS BOOKLETS AND SOMETIMES T-SHIRTS. GIFT CARDS PRIZES COUPONS CASH MATERIALS AND PROMOS FOR GAMES AND DRAMAS DECORATIONS FUEL BANKING FEES AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE AND MORE.
MISSION INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM MIP - CRUCIAL TO THE ONGOING PRACTICAL AND SPIRITUAL MATURITY TO THE CITIZENS IN NORTHEASTERN TAIWAN INFLUENCED BY NETCA'S CHURCH PLANTING AND SUSTAINING PROGRAM CPP IS THAT WE ALWAYS HAVE VOLUNTEERS HELPING US WITH OUR VARIOUS EVENTS AND PROGRAMS. MANY MATURE CHRISTIANS TRAVEL FROM LOCATIONS IN TAIWAN AND OTHER COUNTRIES TO VOLUNTEER WITH NETCA'S SERVICE PROGRAMS. WHEN THEY ARRIVE IT IS CRUCIAL THAT NETCA PROVIDES ROOM BOARD AND A LIVING PLAN SO THEY CAN FOCUS ON TEACHING COUNSELING AND CARING. OFTEN OLDER CHURCHES AND THEIR LEADERS BRING THEIR DISCIPLES TO SERVE WITH NETCA FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING THEIR OWN DISCIPLES TO SERVE OTHERS. THEREFORE NETCA PROVIDES THESE GROUPS WITH EACH INVOLVEMENT FOR THEIR MISSION OR WITHIN OUR MISSION THUS MAKING IT EASIER TO PLANT CHURCHES AND MAKE DISCIPLES. APPROXIMATELY 20 MISSIONARIES INTERN AND OR VOLUNTEERS WERE INVOLVED IN NETCA'S MIP PROGRAM IN 2022. EXPENSES FOR MIP INCLUDE DORMITORY RENTS UTILITIES AND MAINTENANCE. ALSO GROUND TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM SERVICE CONTRACTS TEACHING SUPPLIES OFFICE EXPENSES MEALS AND NON-EDIBLE CONSUMABLES AND TOILETRIES.
