EMPLOYMENT READINESS: REMOVES BARRIERS FOR INDIVIDUALS MOTIVATED TO IMPROVE THEIR EMPLOYMENT SITUATION. ADULT EDUCATION: IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION.
