THE ORGANIZATION TRAINS AND EQUIPS LEADERS FOR THE GLOBAL CHURCH, INCLUDING PASTORS AND EVANGELISTS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH SUCH TRADITIONAL MEANS AS SEMINARIES AND BIBLE SCHOOLS AND THROUGH THE ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE NEW MINISTRIES, INCLUDING TENTMAKER-EVANGELIST PROGRAMS AND LAY LEADER EDUCATION IN ORDER TO HELP CHURCHES AROUND THE WORLD BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE IN THEIR LIFE AND WORK. THIS WORK IS ESPECIALLY WELCOME IN AREAS WHERE THE CHURCH IS GROWING RAPIDLY.
THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTED SEVERAL EMERGENCY APPPEALS, INCLUDING COVID RELIEF, SUPPORT AFTER THE BEIRUT EXPLOSION, REBUILDING WAR-TORN CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS, AND FEEDING AND EDUCATING REFUGEE CHILDREN. THIS GROUP OF PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECTS CENTER ON THE ORGANIZATION ADDRESSING THE PHYSICAL NEEDS IN THIS HURTING WORLD THROUGH NEW AND EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CHURCH.
THE ORGANIZATION RAISES SUPPORT FUNDS AND PROGRAM FUNDS THE PLANTING AND BUILDING OF CHURCHS AROUND THE WORLD.
THE ORGANIZATION ALSO WORKS WITH PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLD TO PLANT AND BUILD CHURCHES AND PROVIDE FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN.
