THIS IS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING MEANS: PARTNERSHIPS WITH CHURCHES IN THE UNITED STATES AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES, COOPERATION WITH MISSIONARIES FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES, AND ORGANIZING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR RELIGIOUS WORKERS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
