MORE FACULTY MEANS MORE TRAINING. GOD GREW OUR FACULTY TO 45 IN 2021-ADDING 10 MORE GIFTED TEACHERS! THIS INCLUDES 4 NATIONAL FACULTY REPRESENTING HONDURAS, KENYA, AND 2 IN INDIA. AT THIS POINT, THE 2025 TARGET OF 70 FACULTY SEEMS REACHABLE IF NOT LOW.THE FACULTY LEADERSHIP TEAM HAS CONTINUED TO MEET WITH ME MONTHLY AND ARE HELPING TO ADDRESS SOME OF THE CHALLENGES THAT COME ALONG WITH THIS GROWTH IN WORK FORCE ON THE BACKDROP OF COVID CONCERNS.OUR FACULTY LED 119 TRAINING EVENTS IN 2021. THEY CONTINUED TO BE PRIMARILY VIA ZOOM. FACULTY DID TRAVEL TO MALAWI, SIERRA LEONE, BOLIVIA, HONDURAS,LIBERIA, HAITI, AND KENYA. WE ALSO ADDED NEW PARTNERS IN KENYA AND ARGENTINA THIS YEAR. ADDITIONALLY, OUR NATIONAL TRAINERS HELD OVER 650 TRAINING EVENTS. THE ONE CHURCH CHALLENGE FUND HAS HELPED MOBILIZE ABOUT 500 OF THEM.GOD ALSO PLEASED TO GROW OUR FACULTY BY 9 FOR A TOTAL OF 45 INCLUDING NATIONAL FACULTY MEMBERS IN HONDURAS AND 2 IN INDIA.WITH YEAR 2 OF COVID RESTRICTIONS WE UTILIZED ZOOM TRAINING MORE FULLY AND HAD OUR MOST FRUITFUL YEAR TO DATE. WE ALSO TRAVELED INTO 7 COUNTRIES AND STARTED WORK IN ARGENTINA. WE LED A TOTAL OF 776 TRAINING EVENTS WITH 657 OF THEM BEING TAUGHT BY OUR NATIONAL TRAINERS. THE ONE CHURCH CHALLENGE FUND HELPED 500 OF THESE EVENTS.
