GAC EMPLOYED THE MOST ARTISTS (SIXTY-FIVE - 65) AND CREATIVE TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS (FOUR TEAMS OF FILMMAKERS, ANIMATION EXPERTS, DESIGNERS AND CRAFTS-PERSONS ACROSS THREE PROGRAM AREAS) SINCE THE IRS APPROVED THE APPLICATION FOR 501.C3 STATUS IN 2013 WHEN THE FOUNDING THREE BOARD MEMBERS, WHO VOLUNTEER A MINIMUM OF TWENTY HOURS OR MORE A WEEK AND FUND THE ORGANIZATION SINCE THAT TIME, BEGAN TO DEVELOP THE THREE PROGRAM AREAS AND ANNUAL PROJECTS. THE DIRECTOR SET ASIDE FUNDS FOR BOARD EXPANSION IN 2020 DURING THE PANDEMIC TO BEGIN A PLAN IN 2023 TO IDENTIFY, TRAIN AND INSTALL AT LEAST FIVE (5) NEW BOARD MEMBERS, A PAID DIRECTOR AND AT LEAST ONE PART-TIME SUPPORT STAFF PERSON BY 2025.
