DELAWARE COUNTY FUTBOL CLUB (DCFC) OFFERS RECREATIONAL YOUTH, TRAVEL YOUTH, AND ADULT PROGRAMS AT TWO FACILITIES IN DELAWARE COUNTY. THE EMPHASIS OF THE PROGRAMS IS ON RECREATION, EXERCISE, AND FOSTERING DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION, AND CONFIDENCE IN EACH ATHLETE. DCFC PROVIDES INSTRUCTION, TRAINING, AND EQUIPMENT. IN ADDITION TO PRACTICE AND GAME TIME, DCFC,IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STATE PARENT ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS GOALIE TRAINING, THE OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, COACHING SEMINARS, AND FIELD TRIPS TO PROFESSIONAL SOCCER MATCHES. DCFC ALSO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CHILDREN WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCCER WHO NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 600 PARTICIPANTS.
