ACADEMY - U8-U10 PLAYERS ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM AND MOVE THROUGH THE FOUNDATIONAL STAGE OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT IN A FUN ATMOSPHERE THAT DOES NOT FOCUS ON WINNING AS A MEASURE OF SUCCESS. TRAINING OVER GAMES IS THE EMPHASIS.JUNIORS - U11-U14 PLAYERS TRY OUT FOR TEAMS AND CONTINUE TO GROW IN THEIR SOCCER DEVELOPMENT WITH A FOCUS ON THE TECHNICAL, TACTICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS OF THE GAME. COMPETING IN THE HIGHEST STATE AND REGIONAL LEAGUES BECOMES A PRIORITY. LEARNING HOW TO WIN BECOMES PART OF THEIR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, STILL WITH EMPHASIS ON TRAINING OVER GAMES.BAVARIANS - U15-U18 PLAYERS ENGAGE IN PLAY WITH THE CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO HIGH LEVEL COMPETITION AND THE TECHNICAL, TACTICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS OF THE GAME. A FOCUS IS PUT ON NATIONAL SHOWCASE EVENTS WITH EMPHASIS ON GETTING PLAYERS READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF PLAY. MORE QUALITY GAMES OVER QUANTITY IS THE GOAL ALONG WITH TRAINING.MAJORS, RESERVES, U23, AND OVER 40 - THE CLUB SERVES THE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COLLEGE AND MAJORS PLAYERS WITH TOP LEVEL COACHING, TRAINING, AND LEAGUE COMPETITION. AT THE SAME TIME, MORE RECREATIONAL TEAMS PLAY GAMES AND ENJOY THE SOCIAL CLUB ATMOSPHERE ON THE COMPLEX.
