THE ASSOCIATION DEVELOPS, PROMOTES, AND ADMINISTERS THE GAME OF SOCCER AMONG PLAYERS, MEN AND WOMEN, WITHIN THE U.S. THE ASSOCIATION FOSTERS NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR COMPETITION AND DEVELOPS AMATEUR ATHLETES FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION. THE ASSOCIATION PROMOTES SOCCER TO ALL AGES THROUGH INSTRUCTIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH AGE GROUP.
