THE FFE EXISTS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVESTED IN DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF FRATERNITY/SORORITY LEADERS BY FOSTERING A CULTURE OF CARE, INCREASING FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY THROUGH RESEARCH GRANTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, PROVIDING COOPERATIVESERVICES AND COORDINATING AND SHARING RESOURCES TO INFORM DATA-DRIVENDECISION-MAKING.

NOW MORE THAN EVER, OUR CAMPUSES, WORKPLACES AND COMMUNITIES NEED STRONG, VALUE DRIVEN LEADERS. A HEALTHY, POSITIVE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE ACTS AS AN INCUBATOR FOR LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. THE FFE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THAT EXPERIENCE.RESEARCH GRANTS: FFE COORDINATES, SHARES, AND CHAMPIONS RESEARCH ON THE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE AND WITHIN ITS MEMBERS TO HELP INFORM DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING WITHIN THE FRATERNAL INDUSTRY. THREE DIFFERENT EVENTS BY OVER 650 PARTICIPANTS. CONTINUING EDUCATION WEBINAR SERIES AND VIRTUAL COFFEE CHATS WITH PEER-LEARNING AND NETWORKING WITH OVER 150 PARTICIPANTS ANNUALLY. A COMPENDIUM OF EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES ELECTRONICALLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE CONTINUALLY EVEOLVING INDUSTRY.
