NOW MORE THAN EVER, OUR CAMPUSES, WORKPLACES AND COMMUNITIES NEED STRONG, VALUES-DRIVEN LEADERS. A HEALTHY, POSITIVE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE ACTS AS AN INCUBATOR FOR LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. THE FFE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THAT EXPERIENCE THROUGH RESEARCH GRANTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. RESEARCH GRANTS: FFE COORDINATES, SHARES, AND CHAMPIONS RESEARCH ON THE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE AND WITHIN ITS MEMBERS TO HELP INFORM DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING WITHIN THE FRATERNAL INDUSTRY. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: FFE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CRITICAL CONTINUING EDUCATION THAT ADVANCE THE SOPHISTICATION OF INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS OF OUR INDUSTRY TO SUPPORT BETTER COLLABORATION AND EFFICIENCIES NECESSARY TO PRESERVE THE FRATERNITY/SORORITY EXPERIENCE AND ITS CONTRIBUTION OF STRONG, VALUES-DRIVEN LEADERS.
