IN HOME SERVICES: CICOA'S CARE MANAGERS ASSESS PERSONAL CARE NEEDS DURING AT-HOME VISITS AND COORDINATE THE NEEDED SERVICES INTO A CARE PLAN. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS ADULT DAY CARE, HOMEMAKER, RESPITE CARE, ATTENDANT CARE, HOME HEALTH AIDE, HOME DELIVERED MEALS AND HOME MODIFICATIONS.
NUTRITION: CICOA SERVED 430,995 MEALS TO SENIORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH ITS NEIGHBORHOOD MEAL SITE AND HOME DELIVERED MEAL PROGRAMS IN MARION AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES.
OTHER SUPPORT: CICOA PROVIDES OTHER SUPPORT TO SENIORS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES INCLUDING FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, SENIOR SERVICES AGENCIES, AND SOCIAL SERVICES. CICOA ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO THOSE WHO MAY NEED HELP WITH MEDICARE BILLING, FINDING LOCAL SUPPORT, AND CARE OPTIONS FOR FAMILIES THROUGH THEIR ELDER SOLUTIONS PROGRAM.
