PREVENTION SERVICES- RELATE TO THE PREVENTION OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASES, PRIMARILY THROUGH THE INDIANA KIDNEY CHECK SCREENING PROGRAM. OVER 191 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVICED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2023.


COMMUNITY SERVICES- PROVIDED AS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT WITH OTHER COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO COUNTIES OUTSIDE OF CENTRAL INDIANA.PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION- ACTIVITIES OF THE MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD INCLUDING THE STUART A. KLEIT SYMPOSIUM, KLEIT SYMPOSIUM SCHOLARSHIPS, THE INDIANA COUNCIL OF NEPHROLOGY SOCIAL WORKERS (ICNSW), THE INDIANA COUNCIL OF RENAL NUTRITIONISTS (ICRN), THE PHYSICIAN EDUCATION PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS OR PROGRAMS DEVELOPED FOR THE CONTINUING EDUCATION OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND FUNDING FOR NEPHROLOGY FELLOWS.RESEARCH- IN THE FORM OF GRANTS, ARE AWARDED FOR RESEARCH PROJECTS CONDUCTED IN INDIANA RELATING TO KIDNEY DISEASE AND TRANSPLANTATION EXPENSES
