ALLIANCE FOUNDATION TRIALS CONDUCTS CANCER CLINICAL RESEARCH AND ADDRESSES MEDICAL CARE, PREVENTION AND TREATMENT THROUGH LARGE-SCALE CLINICAL TRIALS INVOLVING INDUSTRY PARTNERS.
REGISTRATION FEES:THE ALLIANCE FOR CLINICAL TRIALS IN ONCOLOGY USUALLY HOLDS TWO MAJOR MEETINGS EACH YEAR. GROUP MEETINGS ARE ALSO HELD AND ARE OPEN TO ALL ALLIANCE MEMBERS AND INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES. THESE MEETINGS, STRUCTURED TO FOSTER COLLABORATION, SERVE AS A FORUM TO SHARE RESEARCH ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE ALLIANCE COMMITTEES WITH THE MEMBERSHIP AND COLLABORATORS.
ANCILLARY PROJECT GRANTS PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR EXPENSES OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY COMPANION STUDIES OF ALLIANCE FOR CLINICAL TRIALS IN ONCOLOGY AND ALLIANCE TREATMENT STUDIES RELATING TO CANCER RESEARCH.
STATISTICAL AND DATA MANAGEMENT GRANTS PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR COSTS INCURRED TO DEVELOP CLINICAL TRIALS, COLLECT PATIENT DATA FROM INSTITUTIONS AND ANALYZE DATA FOR PUBLICATION OF RESULTS OF STUDIES.
