IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY AND FAMILIES, WE OFFER PROGRESSIVE SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABLING CONDITIONS THAT NURTURE THEIR TALENTS AND SKILLS TO BECOME FULL PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.

COMMUNITY LIVING - CDC ASSISTS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO ACCESS AND PARTICIPATE IN TYPICAL ACTIVITIES OF COMMUNITY LIFE. SERVICES INCLUDE INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING SUCH AS MONEY MANAGEMENT, SAFETY/SURVIVAL SKILLS, PERSONAL CARE, NUTRITION, AND PERSONAL GROWTH. CDC ALSO PROVIDES MEDICAID WAIVER SERVICES, SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING, 24-HOUR SUPERVISED GROUP HOMES, AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF OTHER SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES.
ADULT SERVICES - OFFERS INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP TRAINING IN THE COMMUNITY OR AT ONE OF CDC'S TWO CENTERS IN MONTICELLO AND RENNSELAER, INDIANA. STAFF WORK WITH CLIENTS ON TARGETED GOALS TO REINFORCE/BUILD PERSONAL AND COMMUNITY SKILLS, ADDRESS BEHAVIORS, ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES, AS WELL AS ENTERTAIN AND STIMULATE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE.
BUSINESS SERVICES - CDC OPERATES TWO PRODUCTION CENTERS WHICH PROVIDE WORK EXPERIENCE AND INCOME POSSIBILITIES FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS.
