ARTISTIC PROGRAM SERVICES ENCOMPASS ALL INCOME AND EXPENSES RELATED TO PUTTING ON CONCERTS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON, WITH A FOCUS ON ARTISTIC PERSONNEL. ON THE REVENUE SIDE THIS INCLUDES ALL FUNDING THAT SUPPORTS THE GUEST ARTISTS, ARTISTS, ARTISTIC PERSONNEL, AND SPONSORSHIP AND GRANTS FOR THE CONCERTS THEMSELVES. ON THE EXPENSE SIDE THIS INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES RELTED TO ARTISTIC PERSONNEL.
PRODUCTION PROGRAM SERVICES ENCOMPASS ALL INCOME AND EXPENSES RELATED TO PUUTON ON CONCERTS THROUGH THE SEASON, WITH THE FOCUS ON OPERATIONS. ON THE REVENEU SIDE THIS INCLUDES TICKET SALES, OTHER PERFORMANCE INCOME AND SUPPORT WITH OUR GUILD. ON THE EXPENSE SIDE, THIS INCLUDES ANNUAL DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS, MUSIC LICENSING, PROGRAM NOTES, STAGEHANDS, FACILITY HALL RENTAL FEES, OPERATIONS PERSONNEL, AND OTHER CONCERT EXPENSES.
EDUCATION & COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM SERVICES ENCOMPASS ALL INCOME AND EXPENSES RELATED TO EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DELIVERED TO SCHOOLS SERIES CREATED IN ADDITION TO REGULAR SEASON PROGRAMMING AND EFFORTS MADE TO PARTNER WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS. ON THE REVENUE SIDE THIS INCLUDES ALL FUNDING FOR EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
