THE YWCA PROVIDES SHELTER, CASE MANAGEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, COUNSELING AND LEGAL ADVOCACY TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THEIR CHILDREN, AS WELL AS OTHER HOMELESS WOMEN AND CHILDREN SEEKING EMERGENCY SHELTER. THE YWCA ALSO PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION TO HOMELESS WOMEN IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE. AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMMING AND MENTORS ARE PROVIDED FOR AT-RISK GIRLS IN GRADES 3-12.
THE YWCA OFFERS PROGRAMS RANGING FROM EXERCISE CLASSES TO EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT ADVANCE OUR MISSION OF ELIMINATING RACISM AND EMPOWERING WOMEN AND GIRLS.
