HEALTH AND WELLNESS- PROVIDE FULL SCHEDULE OF FITNESS CLASSES AND REGULARLY SCHEDULED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON A VARIETY OF HEALTH TOPICS AS THEY SPECIFICALLY RELATE TO THE MEMBERSHIP POPULATION WHICH IS PREDOMINATELY AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AND SUMMER CAMP- PROVIDE FREE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM THAT PROVIDE TUTORING, HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, EXERCISE AND HEALTHY MEALS TO STUDENTS AGES 5 - 15. SUMMER CAMP- PROVIDE FREE FULL DAY CAMP FOR EIGHT WEEKS DURING SUMMER FOR CHILDREN AGES 5-15. CAMP INCLUDES EXERCISE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AS WELL AS FIELD TRIPS.
