OWNED AND OPERATED FIFTEEN STORES WHICH PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND ON-THE-JOB TRAINING TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR DISADVANTAGES, AND OTHERS HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING EMPLOYMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ACCEPTS CLOTHING AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD GOODS FROM THE PUBLIC AND SELLS THESE DONATED GOODS IN THESE COMMUNITY-BASED RETAIL STORES. REVENUE FROM THE SALE OF THESE GOODS GOES DIRECTLY TOWARD SUPPORTING AND GROWING CRITICAL COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS AND JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES
PROVIDE EDUCATION AND CAREER SERVICES, AS WELL AS JOB PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND POST-EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER CHALLENGES TO EMPLOYMENT SO THAT THEY CAN FIND AND KEEP GOOD JOBS.
