THE STRANAHAN THEATER TRUST WAS CREATED AS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE STRANAHAN THEATER AND GREAT HALL. ITS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE RENTAL OF THE THEATER, GREAT HALL, AND TICKET OFFICE, AND THE RELATED CONCESSIONS FOR PUBLIC AND COMMERCIAL USE. ALL INCOME RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH DIRECT CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES IS REPORTED IN PART I, LINE 11. ALL OTHER INCOME CONSISTS OF INTEREST AND CAPITAL GAINS WHICH ARE TAXED AS NET INVESTMENT INCOME. THE THEATER WAS RE-DEDICATED IN NOVEMBER, 1994 AND IS NOW DOING BUSINESS AS "STRANAHAN THEATER AND GREAT HALL."
