THE MISSION OF PITTSBURGH PUBLIC THEATER IS TO PROVIDE ARTISTICALLY DIVERSE THEATRICAL EXPERIENCES OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS -INCLUDING A SERIES OF ARTISTICALLY DIVERSE PLAYS, PRODUCTION AND ARTISTIC COSTS. THE PUBLIC RETURNED TO IN PERSON PERFORMANCES THIS YEAR, PERFORMING ONE VIRTUAL, FOUR MAINSTAGE, AND ONE FULLY REALIZED OUTDOOR PRODUCTION, A TOTAL OF 100 PERFORMANCES.


EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS INTENDED FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF PEOPLE WITH THE GOAL OF EXPANDING AND DIVERSIFYING AUDIENCES WHILE ENRICHING THE COMMUNITY. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, 4,647 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THESE PROGRAMS, INCLUDING 2,159 TEACHERS AND YOUTH.
