PROVIDENCE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CORPORATION SEEKS TO ESTABLISH, OWN, AND OPERATE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING FACILITIES FOR THE ELDERLY AND TO PROMOTE THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
