THESE GOALS CAN INCLUDE INCREASING INCOME, REDUCING EXPENSES, BUILDING CREDIT OR ACQUIRING ASSETS SUCH AS BECOMING ELIGIBLE TO QUALIFY FOR THE HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM. FOC SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE, FREE OF CHARGE, AND REGARDLESS OF INCOME, SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS, CRIMINAL HISTORY, RECOVERY, ETC..
