WE CONSTRUCT AND REHAB AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR LOWER INCOMEFAMILIES. TYPICALLY, DURING NON-PANDEMIC YEARS, WE COMPLETE HOME-BUILDS FOR FAMILIES AND COMPLETE OUTREACH PROJECTS PERMITTING HOMEOWNERS TO REMAIN SAFELY IN THEIR HOMES. DURING THE TAX YEAR, THREE HOMES, WHICH BENEFITED THREE QUALIFIED FAMILIES (12 PEOPLE), WERE REHABILITATED, OR CONSTRUCTED AND SOLD FOR HOMEOWNER MORTGAGES . WE HOLD & SERVICE NON-INTEREST BEARING MORTGAGES FOR LOWER INCOME FAMILIES. THERE WERE 58 MORTGAGES OPEN AT THE END OF THE YEAR, INCLUDING 10 ESTABLISHED MORTGAGES IN ASHTABULA, WHICH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERRED TO US FOR SERVICING. WE OPERATE ONE RESTORE TO RECYCLE DONATED HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND SELL THEM AT REDUCED PRICES TO HELP FUND OUR MISSION.
