PLANNING AND PREPARING FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF HOMES TO BE SOLD OR RENTED AND PROVIDING HOME REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE REVITALIZATION AND STABILIZATION OF THE ECONOMICALLY DEPRESSED AREAS IN THE LINDEN AND SOUTH SIDE AREAS OF COLUMBUS.
DEVELOPER FEE RECEIVED AS PART OF THE LOCKBOURNE GREENE PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AGREEMENT. PER THIS SAME AGREEMENT, A PORTION OF THIS FEE WAS SHARED WITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL PEOPLE.
ACCOUNTING FOR THE LINDEN FRESH MARKET COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE COSTS, INCLUDING RECEIVING INCOME FROM TENANTS AND PAYING THE COMMON AREA EXPENSES OF THE LINDEN FRESH MARKET.
