IT PROVIDES VALUE TO ITS MEMBERS BY FACILITATING PROJECTS THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND MODERATE THE COST OF HEALTHCARE PURCHASED BY ITS MEMBERS FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES, DEPENDENTS AND RETIREES.
