IN 2021, THE EMPLOYERS FORUM OF INDIANA HOSTED 4 ALL STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS DISCUSSING VARIOUS HEALTH CARE TOPICS AND ISSUES. EFI ALSO HOSTED 5 EMPLOYER-ONLY MEETINGS TO DISCUSS TOP OF MIND HEALTHCARE ISSUES. MEETING MATERIALS ARE FREELY AND PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ON THE EFI WEBSITE. MEMBERSHIP INCREASED FROM 62 TO 69 DURING 2021.
IN SEPTEMBER OF 2021, EFI PUBLISHED AN "INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF INDIANA HOSPITALS IN RELATION TO CMS HOSPITAL PRICE TRANSPARENCY RULE". THIS ASSESSMENT IS FREELY AVAILABLE ON THE EFI WEBSITE.
IN NOVEMBER OF 2021, EFI RECEIVED GRANT FUNDING OF 707,000 TO BUILD A HOSPITAL VALUE DASHBOARD WHICH WILL BE FREELY AND PUBLICLY AVAILABLE IN MAY OF 2022. THE DASHBOARD WILL SHOW USERS HOSPITAL PRICE AND QUALITY INFORMATION AT A STATE, HEALTH SYSTEM AND HOSPITAL LEVEL.
