CERTIFICATION - THIS PROGRAM HELPS PATIENT ACCESS PROFESSIONALS GROW IN THE FIELD AND IN THEIR CAREERS. IT OFFERS THE PROFESSIONALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A CERTIFIED HEALTHCARE ACCESS MANAGER (CHAM) OR CERTIFIED HEALTHCARE ACCESS ASSOCIATE (CHAA). ARMED WITH KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, ACCESS TO SPECIAL RESOURCES, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES, CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES ARE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS MORE QUICKLY AND WITH FEWER PROBLEMS.
