THE ORGANIZATION FACILITATES THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICES. UPON MAKING SUCH SERVICES AVAILABLE TO BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS, THE CORPORATION LOANS MONIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF THE PROJECT AND PROVIDES FINANCING FOR PAYMENT. ALL TAP FEES ARE TREATED AS INCOME WHEN RECEIVED.
