THE HOPE CHEST FOR WOMEN PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO WOMEN IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA DIAGNOSED WITH BREAST OR GYNECOLOGIC CANCER WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES DUE TO TREATMENT COSTS.

1. OUR WNC CANCER PATIENT SUPPORT PROGRAM PROVIDED OVER 1040 HOURS OF FINANCIAL NAVIGATION AND RESOURCE REFERRAL TO 110 UNDUPLICATED FEMALE CANCER PATIENTS. WE PROVIDED OVER $40,000 IN DIRECT FINANCIAL BILL PAY, GASOLINE AND FOOD ASSISTANCE TO WOMEN IN CANCER TREATMENT.
