THE VALIDATED DATA USED TOWARDS IMPROVING NORTH COUNTY WATERSHEDS.PUBLIC OUTREACH IN NORTH COUNTY REGARDING LOCAL EMISSIONS IMPACTING GREENHOUSE GASES.LEAD LOCAL CITIZEN SCIENTISTS PROJECTS (E.G. LOCAL VILLAGE H BIOLOGICAL MONITORING) WHICH ENGAGES AND INFORMS THE COMMUNITY ON ISSUES RELATED TO LAND PRESERVATION, WILDLIFE APPRECIATION, NATIVE PLANTS, AND WATER QUALITY. LED MULTIPLE GROUPS AND CITY TO ESTABLISH THE NEW BUENA VISTA RESERVOIR PARK, LEADING TO A NEW PARK AND MORE OPEN SPACE FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CA.
