HIDDEN HARVEST "RESCUES" PRODUCE FROM FARMERS' FIELDS AFTER HARVEST IS COMPLETE AND ALSO RESCUES PRODUCE FROM AREA PACKING HOUSE. A THIRD WAY THE ORGANIZATION FEEDS FRESH PRODUCE TO LOCAL HUNGRY IS THROUGH A PILOT PROJECT STARTED IN 2022 CALLED THE SMALL FARMERS PILOT PROGRAM.
