THE CORE IDEA OF THE NATIONAL YOUTH PROJECT USING MINIBIKES (NYPUM) IS TO PUT KIDS TOGETHER WITH A CARING ADULT AND A TRAIL BIKE TO LEARN HOW TO CARE FOR AND SAFELY RIDE IN THE OUTDOORS. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO ALLOW KIDS TO BUILD SELF-ESTEEM AND SELF-DISCIPLINE, DISCOVER THAT THEY CAN WORK TOGETHER WITH OTHERS, AND DISPLAY LEADERSHIP. THE PROCESS OF NYPUM PROGRAMMING CREATES THAT ALL AT ONCE.
